After several years working in logistics for manufacturers and international hauliers, Arnaud DENIAU created the Cargomatic brand on 01/01/2000 with the idea of providing a global logistics solution combining handling and transport services.

Since 2000, Cargomatic has been offering direct home delivery of large parcels (heavy, bulky, voluminous) such as swimming pools and pool covers. Garden sheds, outdoor shading and shelter, joinery, gates, etc. An innovative concept that is now an integral part of the services offered by companies.
Over the years, Cargomatic has expanded its network throughout France and developed direct on-site delivery by appointment: Joinery, transformers, lifts, industrial gates, glass, etc.

Scania takes delivery of its first hybrid truck
Committed to preserving our environment, our fleet is diversifying with the arrival of the latest generation of Scania hybrid vehicles. This truck, which runs on electricity combined with an internal combustion engine, consumes 90% less CO2 than standard diesel-powered trucks.

New Logistics Hub at Ressons-sur-Matz (60)
A highly secure cross-docking platform with 6,500 m² of storage space, just off the A1 motorway north of Paris, to organise and optimise transport throughout France and Belgium.

Cargomatic launches France's 1st on-board electric forklift
The only transport operator in France to use the MOFFETT electric forklift on its vehicles.

Dematerialised signature
As a pioneer in information systems, Cargomatic launched the dematerialised signature, which was not widely used by SMEs at the time. Today, our drivers are equipped with smartphones that provide real-time proof of delivery, a definite advantage when it comes to enhancing our customers' information systems.
2012
A fleet dedicated to road-rail on the Rennes - Macon - Lyon - Avignon route. Arnaud Deniau, head of Cargomatic, has chosen to take advantage of changes in the transport market to develop the use of road-rail: a small revolution! “Cargomatic is all about transport by road. Greenrail is a new solution we're offering our customers to help them be even more efficient and make a direct contribution to reducing CO2 emissions on our deliveries from the west of France (Brittany and Pays de la Loire) to the south-east quarter of France".

Mobile self-storage concept for private individuals and professionals. The idea is to provide 6 to 40m3 wooden or metal boxes with padded interiors for removals, archive storage, temporary storage or stand relocations. Greenbox works in 3 stages:
1-Provide the Greenboxes ordered at the foot of the building, in the home, in the office or on site, depending on demand
2-Everyone fills their own Greenbox
3-We collect your Greenboxes to store them temporarily or deliver them to the location requested.
